3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be prepaid.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and supported wallets.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

• Rush the label is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Open Box Video Policy (Mandatory)

To request any refund, replacement, or damage claim, a clear, continuous open-box video is compulsory.

The video must show:

• The sealed package

• Shipping label

• Opening of the package

• Product inside

No video = No refund / replacement.

6. Refund & Replacement

• Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the open box video is provided.

• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

• If you need to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and designs on this website are the property of Rush the label and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rush the label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
