1. Accepted Payment Methods
At RUSH THELABEL, we offer 100% secure prepaid payment options:
Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay)
Net Banking
UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm UPI)
Wallets (as supported by our payment gateway)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
All orders must be prepaid.
2. When is Payment Collected?
Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
Orders will not be processed without successful payment.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful:
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS
In case of payment failure, you must retry with another method
4. Secure Payments
We use trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption.
Your card and UPI details are never stored on our servers.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy (Important)
Refunds or replacements will be processed only if:
You record a clear, continuous open-box video while opening the package
The video must show:
The sealed parcel
Shipping label
Opening the package
The product inside
Without an open-box video, no refund or replacement request will be accepted.
Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method only.
