At Rush The Label, we want you to love every piece you receive from us.
But sometimes things don’t work out and that’s okay.
Our Return Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and stress-free.
1. Return Timeline (Important)
All return requests must be raised within 2–3 days (48–72 hours) of delivery.
Any request made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted, under any circumstances.
2. When You Can Return a Product
We accept returns only in the following situations:
✔ Product arrived damaged or broken
If your jewellery was damaged during delivery, we’re truly sorry.

Photos of the damaged item

Your order number
✔ Wrong item received
If we accidentally sent the wrong product, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
✔ Item missing from the package
If something is missing, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
3. Situations Where We Cannot Accept Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival:

Sale / discounted items

Customized jewellery

Products without an unboxing video

Used or worn jewellery

Items not in original packaging
This helps us maintain quality, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.
4. Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, the product must be:

Unused

In original packaging

With all tags and freebies (if any)

Not damaged after delivery
If the product shows signs of use or tampering, the return may be rejected.
5. How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps:

Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery

Share the unboxing video + clear photos

Mention the reason for return
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
6. Pickup & Return Process
Once approved:

We will arrange a pickup from your address (wherever possible), or

Guide you on how to courier the product back
Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
7. Refund Method
After the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks, we will issue:

Refund to UPI

Refund to bank account

Or store credit (if you prefer)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days in your original payment method.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for:

Damaged items

Defective items
-
Wrong items sent
🚫 We do not offer exchanges for design or style preference.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
