All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship across India.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
Please note: delivery timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery.
6. Address & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct.
Rush the label is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your mandatory open-box video (as per our Refund & Return Policy).
8. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery may be attempted. Additional charges (if any) may apply.
